It turns customer enquiries, drawings and emails into priced fabrication quotes using your own labour rates, workshop speeds, steel prices and markup, then tracks win rate, sales, margins and workload with no extra data entry.
What it does
- Reads enquiry emails, PDF drawings and DXF files and pre fills the quote: customer, sections, dimensions, quantities, finishes and operations, for the fabricator to confirm.
- Prices labour from your own workshop speeds (MIG and TIG welding, sawing, drilling, bending), materials from your confirmed steel prices with a full UK sections library, and outsourced work such as laser cutting, powder coating and galvanising.
- Measures cut length and sheet usage from DXF files for laser estimates, and reads supplier quotes to keep your steel prices current.
- Forward enquiry emails from Outlook to your private FabPulse address and they land in an enquiries inbox with reference numbers and priority scoring.
- Produces a professional PDF quote and Excel export, then tracks every quote from draft to sent to won or lost.
- Shows win rate, sales, profit, margins and how far out the workshop is booked.
Who it is for
Owner run UK subcontract fabrication, sheet metal and welding shops of roughly 1 to 20 people, where the owner does the quoting. Built inside a working fabrication shop, Ultimate Fabrication Ltd in Cambridgeshire, not by a software company. It is not nesting software and not an ERP or MRP system.
Pricing
Free trial with no card needed. Starter £49 a month for full quoting and tracking without AI. Studio £99 a month adds AI reading of enquiries, drawings and supplier quotes. Pro £199 a month for the highest AI allowance and a website request a quote form. No VAT to add, cancel any time.
